To see your policy information visit RUN and follow these steps:

  • Click on
    the Insurance icon.

  • Select
    Business Coverage.

  • Select Business Coverage
    summary card.

Access your Pay-by-Pay® Report
in RUN Powered by ADP®

To view your Pay-by-Pay Report in RUN follow these steps:

  • Log into your RUN payroll
    account and locate the
    Reports tab.

  • Under Reports,
    find the Benefits
    section and click on
    WC Pay-by-Pay® Report.

  • Select the payroll check date
    you would like to run the
    report for. Select Open or
    Save Report and the report
    will open in a PDF.

Organize and store your documents and reports
in RUN Powered by ADP®

Doc Vault is a repository feature in RUN that lets you organize and store documents and reports that can be shared between you and your ADPIA service team.

Log into your RUN payroll account and locate Doc Vault.

Open the RUN Reports folder. To download:

  • One or more documents, press the Ctrl key and select the files you want, then click on the download icon
  • All the documents in the folder, click download all

The next step varies depending on the browser you are using. The following are two common options you may have:

  • In the download window, click Save and then choose the location on your computer where you want to save the files
  • At the bottom of your browser window, click the down arrow next to the file and select Show in Folder. From here, you can copy the files to another location on your computer

If you download more than one file, they may be combined in a compressed file with a .zip extension. Double click the file to see the individual files.

Your policy information will automatically be included in your message when you press send which will help us more quickly manage your request.

If you choose this option, be sure to include your name, business name, and policy number, along with your request. A representative will reach back out to assist you with your request.
